Our Services

Golden Seasons Travel & Tours is a travel agency. We help you arrange flights, hotels, visa assistance, Umrah packages and holiday tours. In many cases, the services themselves are provided by third parties such as airlines, hotels and transport companies, and their own rules also apply to your booking.

Bookings and Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when our team confirms it in writing and the required payment has been received. Please check all names, dates and details carefully, because the names on tickets and travel documents must match your passport. Errors in the information you provide may lead to extra charges or refused travel.

Prices and Payments

Prices are quoted for the dates and services shown at the time of your enquiry, and they may change until your booking is confirmed because airline fares, hotel rates and exchange rates can change. Our team will share the available payment methods and the payment deadlines when we send your quote. Any bank or payment charges are the traveller’s responsibility unless we tell you otherwise.

Cancellations, Changes and Refunds

Cancellations and changes depend on the rules of the airline, hotel or service provider, and some bookings cannot be changed or refunded. If you want to change or cancel a booking, contact us as early as possible, and we will explain the options and any charges. Refunds are processed only after we receive the money from the provider, and our own service fee [add your policy here: refundable / non-refundable] applies.

Travel Documents and Visas

You are responsible for holding a valid passport, the right visa and any other documents needed for your trip. Visa requirements depend on your nationality and destination, and they can change. We provide visa assistance, but the final decision always rests with the embassy or immigration authority, and we cannot guarantee approval. Umrah Packages

For Umrah packages, you must follow the rules set by the Saudi authorities and the official Umrah platform. Services, hotel locations and dates are as stated in your confirmed package. For official information, you can visit the Nusuk platform.

Third-Party Suppliers

Airlines, hotels, transport providers and other suppliers operate under their own terms. We choose suppliers with reasonable care, but we are not responsible for their actions, delays, schedule changes or cancellations, which are outside our control.

Traveller Responsibilities

Travellers must arrive on time for flights and transfers, follow local laws and customs, and respect the rules of airlines, hotels and religious sites. We recommend that you arrange suitable travel insurance, and that you check health requirements for your destination before you travel.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Golden Seasons Travel & Tours is not liable for delays, cancellations, loss, injury or extra costs caused by events outside our reasonable control. These include weather, strikes, political events, airline or hotel decisions, health measures and changes in government rules.

Website Use and Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to Golden Seasons Travel & Tours or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission. While we try to keep the information on this site accurate, it may change without notice and does not form a binding offer until we confirm your booking.

Governing Law
