2. Flight Reservations & Tickets

All airline reservations are subject to the rules and conditions of the respective airline.

Fares, taxes, baggage allowances, schedules, seat availability and other ticket conditions may change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed and ticketed.

Passengers are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

• Full name as shown on the passport
• Passport details
• Date of birth
• Travel dates
• Contact information
• Other required passenger information

Golden Seasons Travel & Tours is not responsible for problems resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

3. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Flight changes, cancellations, reissues and refunds are subject to the fare rules and policies of the relevant airline or service provider.

Applicable airline penalties, supplier charges, government taxes, service charges and other fees may be deducted from refundable amounts.

Refund processing times may depend on the airline, bank, payment method and other service providers and may therefore vary.

4. Visa Services

Golden Seasons Travel & Tours may provide visa processing assistance and consultancy services.

Visa approval is not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise by the relevant government authority.

The final decision to approve, refuse, delay or request additional information for a visa application rests entirely with the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration department or government authority.

Customers are responsible for providing genuine, accurate and complete documents and information.

Visa fees, government charges and service charges may be non-refundable depending on the applicable service terms.

5. Passport & Travel Documents

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their passports and travel documents meet the requirements of their destination and airline.

This may include passport validity, visas, permits, vaccination requirements, travel insurance, return/onward tickets, accommodation details and other immigration requirements.

Golden Seasons Travel & Tours recommends that customers verify applicable requirements before travelling.

6. Hotel Reservations

Hotel bookings are subject to the individual hotel’s policies.

Room availability, rates, check-in/check-out times, cancellation policies, deposits, taxes and other charges may vary by property.

Any special requests are subject to hotel availability and cannot always be guaranteed.

7. Umrah & Travel Packages

Umrah and holiday packages are subject to the terms of the relevant airlines, hotels, transportation providers, Saudi authorities, government authorities and other suppliers.

Package inclusions and exclusions will be communicated to the customer before confirmation wherever applicable.

Changes in government regulations, airline schedules, hotel availability or other circumstances may require changes to a package.

8. Prices & Payments

All prices are subject to availability and may change until payment and confirmation are completed.

Unless specifically stated, quoted prices may be subject to applicable taxes, government charges, airline surcharges, service fees or other charges.

Customers are responsible for making payments according to the agreed booking terms.

A booking may be cancelled or released if payment is not received within the specified time.

• Follow airline, hotel, immigration and government regulations.
• Arrive at airports and other departure points on time.
• Comply with the entry requirements of the destination country.

Customers should carefully review their booking confirmation and immediately report any discrepancy.

10. Third-Party Service Providers

Some services offered through Golden Seasons Travel & Tours are provided by third parties, including airlines, hotels, transportation companies, insurance providers, visa authorities and other travel suppliers.

Such services are subject to the third party’s own terms, policies and conditions.

Golden Seasons Travel & Tours will assist customers where reasonably possible but cannot control the actions, schedules, policies or decisions of independent third-party providers.

11. Travel Delays & Disruptions

Where possible, we will assist customers in communicating with the relevant service provider.

However, responsibility for compensation, schedule changes or alternative arrangements may rest with the airline or other relevant provider according to its applicable policies.
